How do I do this for Ubiquiti devices, which don't show up in the client tab? In the Unifi dashboard I'm only able to configure devices with Static IPs, which are different from DHCP IP reservations and much more fragile Strangely I can only give clients DHCP reservations but not Ubiquiti devices

Respectfully, at one point you said the easiest way to get the new IP address was to power cycle the device, but generally, disconnecting the ethernet port (by unplugging it at the client/switch or disabling/re-enabling the switchport from Unifi) is generally less disruptive

great video! they already changed the GUI again hahaha The issue that I found is that I want to set an static ip address for my UNIFI aps and they are not listed there (not even when enabling show all devices) so I cant follow this process to reserve an ip And if I go directly to the devices, I can set the ip but is set IN the device, not the dhcp and that is not what I want Any ideas? THANKS

Using UDM Pro and had to switch ISP provider and got new Ip addresses for all devices including UDM Is there a way to prevent these changes if I switch modems again?

Found this video through Google Search I don't have my headset on, so I didn't have the audio I've seen the entire video, and I've not seen you go over the setup of a DHCP Reservation What you're showing is configuring the device with a Static IP Which is not a DHCP Reservation On the short term the effect might be the same, but it is not the same Thanks for the video though👍

Skip to 4:12 for the actual intructions Also to anyone confused about this option being missing, switch to "New user interface" in the global settings It's not available under the Classic interface
