Ainda bem que hoje é muito mais fácil fazer comidas gostosas e saudáveis através das receitas encontradas no Instagram ou youtube Gosto de vegetais, mas as saladas que essas mulheres comem são pouco saborosas, dessa maneira fica muito sofrido fazer uma mudança alimentar

I had one of those pictures that i didnt realise how big i was and i also wanted to cry I just looked horrid I had a small baby so maybe i thought i had an excuse but i was eating betty crocker fudge icing on a whole mini chocolate cake with thick cream Absolutly insane that i let myself do that

It's so sad how normalised it is to have such relationships with food and your body Even the fat you deserves someone who finds them attractive and makes them feel loved and good about themselves You shouldn't have to overcome your partner's hurtful teasing, they just shouldn't be doing it Also they mention how young these ladies were when they started dieting like it's nothing??? Josie started at 6 YEARS OLD Horrifying, traumatic and brain changing I desperately don't want to spend the rest of my life obsessing over food or weight

I am 71 now, when I was in my 20s and 30s I used to yo yo diet because I knew I could lose the weight easily Once I hit my 40s it became more and more dicfficult to lose and very easy to put on weight Now I am overweight and can maintain that but can't lose any no matter what I try

I like the english weight measure in stones compared to north american measure in pounds If you 13 stone and want to reach a goal of 10 stone it doesnt sound to bad to have to lose 3 stone However, if in pounds you have to go from 195 to 150 meaning a 45 pound reduction it sounds a little overwhelming😂😂😂😂😂

To word "diet" appears to be heavily miss used all the timebrIt's like the term "on a diet" is the problem part Because having a specialist diet, like a diabetic eating for a specific way is being conflated with a short term dietary change like Keto Perhaps more conversation with better use of terminology is what is needed

Always hear overweight people keep saying "I've tried everything" but never do i hear them say I've incorporated more vegetables and lean proteins and reduced my carb intake while reducing my portion sizes by just 10-20 over a long period of time

I've lost 2 stone being in a calorie deficit in 5 months, hardly any exercise but being mindful with eating is such a huge thing, counting calories has really helped me the most and in the end i've set myself up to never get back to what I once was

I cut out sugar binging and added an extra meal in starting this march 2023 and ive already lost over 2 stone from 14 stone 9 to 12 stone 3brI lost the first 2 stone FAST within 2 months the other 6 pounds has taking its sweet time coming off, and im about 9 pounds away from my goal i think im losing at a rate of 03 lbs a week but you know what? thats enough i know ill get there slowly, and if i end up stopping before my goal and reaching maintanence, there is a couple sugary snack i have during the day that i can reduce, or i can add a 15 minute walk into my gym session and that will give me the last nipbrbrIts all about doing something that is PERMANENTLY sustainable planning an 8 week diet that youre gonna come off of once you reach your goal means youre guaranteed to fail and regain everything its a waste of time and is just unnecessary suffering
