3 weeks ago i was barely able to do 4 pull ups in one go I started doing 5 sets every day starting with 2,2,1,1,1 reps, and each day adding one more rep Now I am at 5,5,5,5,4 and they are getting so much easier, could probably do around 8-10 in one go now Comment from : @TheAgeOfY |

the best pull up program i tried so far i was stuck at 7-8 pull ups after this plan i went to 14 pull ups but be careful not to do the mistake i did which focusing only on pull ups this will create imbalances, do rows, pushups and dips etc for a balanced workout, your shoulders and posture will thank you later Comment from : @slimahmed5631 |

i finished this bri was able to do 10 pull ups brprogression workout a : 50 reps in 145 min to 11 min brprogression workout b : 5*3 paused pull ups to 5*6 paused pull ups brprogression workout c : each time i fail at the set of 9 reps after 6 weeks i acheived it and got 48 reps instead of 39 each time brfor max pull ups test at the end i got 12 reps brit worked good but i think that greasing the groove is much better and more effective and faster Comment from : @georgeadel7252 |

When I was younger I had absolutely no issue to do underhand pull ups But was barely able to make more than 1-2 upper hand pull ups Even tho I did Karate and Tae-Kwon-Do which required me to do some underarm training (was part of the 1 hour warm up)brBeing 41 and having shoulder issues and work in office instead of construction site, I am not able to do even an underhand pull upslolI cannot lift my 20 kilos overweight at all anymore Comment from : @Duke49th |
