i open my back workout with 50 pullups regardless of number of sets in the begining i did lots of sets now im doing less sets to achieve the 50 of course ultimate goal is almost impossible, which is one set 50 reps but its the goal i aim to nonetheless which allowed me to improve ALOT in a few months Comment from : Iggs Wanna |

Hey, I can do between 10-15 full rom dead hang pull-ups usually Upwards of 25 if I cut corners brbrMy training right now is a 5km run to the ocean and back (10km total) There are 4 parks with pull-up bars in between the ocean and my house, so I stop at each one and do max pull-ups and keep running So 8 sets usuallybrbrI’m about 90kg so this is a pretty solid workload for my body I usually do it 2 days in a row and rest on the third day I want to avoid plateauing my upper body, so I eventually want to work into doing muscle ups instead of pull-ups Comment from : Psychedelic Relic |

I've been training on pull ups for a year, i do assisted but still have 65lb more lbs to go I do 100 push ups before hand I do them every other day or 2x a week I do 8 in a set but i have seen huge muscle gain I'll try your version hopefully that helps me Comment from : Valerie Taylor |

I'm 54 and I can do 10 good pullups and my goal is 30 because I can do 60 good pushups and I have heard you should be able to do a minimum of 50 of your pushups for balance What do you think about following your routine with supersetting pullups/pushups 2 days a week? this is not entirely true I trained my buddy with pullups and he didnt even do 1 and so i had him do 3 sets with 1 rep of that pullup while helping him After 3 months he's doing 7-8 pullups for each set I dont know for sure how good development that is in general, but i am sure it is amongst the top developments one can get I've been training for years and I do like 20 reps or something, so him going from literally 1 with help to 7-8 by himself in 3 months is amazing Comment from : Fock Yutuub |
