Yk it's a bit complicated, but anxiety and overthinking has affected my school life ( attendance) like i would think of the worst scenario and never go to school if i have incomplete stuff Like im a person with perfectionism, procrastination, anxiety and an overthinker at the same time

I was hanging out with my friend at there house and after like 3 hours I asked can I go 2 times and they said yes I regret saying that because that might’ve sounded like I wanted to leave but it kinda was because my parents wanted me back at the house And I kinda think that they should tell me to leave but if I didn’t leave myself I would’ve have been staying a lot longer

Journaling is a grand idea IF the negative thoughts won't stop I have not journaled in a year probably because I practice shifting my thoughts Catching them if they are anxious and negative And I will think to myself "okay you are grasping at straws because you are fearful of making this big move out of state and you're getting anxiety because you feel alone and have no one to lean on or help me" However I still have a choice on how I want to respond to this emotional pull that's going on within me I suppose I could think of it as a little child inside of me afraid and I need to be the big adult It's an ongoing process in this lifetime managing our emotions and responding for our greater good for our best interest
