its definitely dependable on genetics a lot as wellbrmy legs are massive, I always get people asking me about them or talking to me about them People ask how long it took to get them so big, it's hard to answer but it honestly didn't take long at all for my legs to blow up 6 months of training when I first started & I had people in awe over my quads, I did 8 years of olympic weightlifting after that, so they got a lot biggerbrI'm 6'3 as wellbrbrI look at myself & don't even think I look that big, yet I get random strangers commenting on how huge I am all the timebrIf they were 6'3 as well though they probably wouldn't think so Comment from : BulbasaurUseVinewhip |

Excellent advice brbrI did the “shred” a couple of times I really didn’t feel great Slept like crap, and all I could think about was Taco Bell Also? Not sure I looked better I am naturally “veiny”, so I didn’t get much more of that, but I felt my face looked gaunt Got to 35 body fat Felt tired and grumpy a lot brbrNever did try a “shred” with fasting; I still ate 4-6 times a day Anyone here ever try a cut with fasting? I starting out at near 60 again - just want to get back some of my natural strength ( not from weight training - but being much more active - was always quite strong ) - Your physique looks good - I understand others want to be buff etc - I just want a strong core , functioning life enhancing muscles - so strength and endurance - as want to get back into long mountain hikes etc , travelling - so strength and stamina - will just be happy to be as strong as a reasonable 30 year old Comment from : Graeme Wills |
