Please help if you can! I have a very similar unit from Swiss Madison, and I think I punctured the tank with a stray screw 😢 It looks easy enough to pull the whole tank out and replace it but Swiss Madison said I would ruin it bla bla bla If you had access to the back of the tank from an exposed wall, would you take a stab at prying off the actual tank itself from the frame ?

Thanks, great vid and easy to follow I have a similar system which works fine However the flush is very strong which makes some water spit out of the actual bowl when flushing How do you adjust this?

Thank you My cistern was a different brand but the basics were the same I had spare parts because I had two of the same loo but didn’t end up using one when we reno’d The flush buttons stuck, the intake going into the float had some kind of partial blockage and the water didn’t seal fully and trickled into the toilet From a few weeks post install The plumber left the area Your video saved me hundreds Champion Not to mention I thought it may mean ripping off tiles and wall which would mean thousands So grateful

Fantastic video, helped me no end to remove and clean everything My cistern still isn't filling up so the flush doesn't work I think the float valve must be faulty, when I turn the water back on it trickles into the pan Any suggestions?

I have a grohe wall dual flush system and the larger flush of the wall plate requires needs to be kept pressed in order to flush entirely The smaller flush component works fine Any idea what the fault could be and is this a common fault?

Great video brbrI'm a general builder who has been trying to get a plumber to service a Villeroy and Boch concealed cistern for 2 months now brbrHave spoken to about 20 plumbersyou mention villeroy and boch and concealed cistern and all have said not a chancebrbrAfter watching yours and other videos, I decided to do it myself brbrIt was so easy that I decided to descale all 3 concealed cisterns in the housetook 30 mins a cisternbrbrHave now decided that if general plumbers are that scared of these cisterns, when I retire, I'm going to start up my own concealed cistern servicing company 😂😂😂brbrOnly jokingwhen I retire, I'll be fishing, playing golf and travelling 😀

Mine is a bit different to this, its in a cupboard behind the toilet The big push button is still working but doesn't come out fully after you push it, it sits a couple cm deeper than the small push button is so you can't fully push it in

Dear Roger I can’t begin to tell you how much this has helped me today Our system is a Geberit but essentially the same and when I saw the water slowly running into the pan I was horrified it might mean a total strip out of the bathroom wall! Great video, thank you I've still got a bit of a dribble from the inlet/float valves plastic screw cap threads on the outside (just after the clamp holding up the valve) so any idea whether it just needs replacing or can be fixed would be great :D

Great video thanks I had no idea how to take mine apart (it's a Geberit but looks pretty much identical to your video) before I watched this video Issue turned out to be with the float valve which was leaking so had to order a replacement

Sometimes when I flush it doesn´t start refilling the tank and I have to push the flush button a few times before it starts refilling again What could be the problem there? The whole system was installed about 2 months ago so it is pretty new
