The media in Canada is absolutely pathetic They ask none of the questions that are circulating in the public - What is the test positivity rate (bulk case numbers are a completely useless metric as more testing means more cases), what is the false-positivity rate of the PCR test? Why are PCR tests being used to diagnose "cases" when they were never approved for this use? Is the average age of death getting younger, or is it still limited to people at the upper limits of Canadian life expectancy and those with significant co-morbidity? Are there signs of virus mutation and what are the potential consequences of such a mutation? Higher survivability (as is the expected progression for the evolution of such pathogens), higher transmissibility?
