I'm not saying Bischoff is lying here or Cornette is, but the idea that Cornette's story is a fib because Bischoff wasn't "in charge of WCW" is misleading, because Bischoff later says he only dealt with the technical aspects of production, like mics going on and off, and in Cornette's story he says that Watts said that the technical people said it was a flaw with how the mics were set up which if true, the person talking to Watts would have been Bischoff and it would be a lie given what was said to have happened Bischoff didn't need to be in charge of WCW for the story to be true, but what Bischoff said to be true would have had to be true for what Cornette's story to be truebrbrI find no discontinuity with Cornette's story when adding Bischoff's statements of fact so I personally judge that it happened like Cornette said however I can see why Bischoff would say that it didn't happen After all, it only benefits everyone for people to attempt to make Cornette look bad and Cornette can be annoying so bshrug/b
