Dont think about swimming as a weight loss activity in isolation, if you incorporate it with weights and cardio you will A) enjoy it more B) Feel the overall benefits swimming does have for you mentally and physically You would have to swim like Phelps every day for a couple of hours a day and have a really strict diet to achieve just weight loss itself, so best to chill out get to the pool when you can and ENJOY life and whatever exercise you do Comment from : roy ashman |
