great video I did not understand why my trumotion on my c9 did not work, however, in games with trumotion activated it created artifacts when the camera moved over objects

you have to able instant response to videogames, also put he tv on game mode

This WORKED! Seems like TruMotion does not work with 2160p RGB HDR but only YUV422/420

C9 owners: Set the 4K Transfer Rate to -1 (YUV422) or -2 (YUV420) and use any other mode than Game mode to have it working The Automatic (RGB) option is still broken (1 year later)brFYI TruMotion only works with RGB when playing a game at 60fps and with the OLED Motion activated in Game mode

Switching my tv to game mode significantly reduces the blur Putting TruMotion to enable OLED Motion fixes it even further, if you can get past the all the extremely fast flickering (you can see the difference between the 2 modes through your camera app)

If I use true motion I go user and all the way to the right , ok for offline gaming that you can't use it for games like call of duty

i totally get u all game mode with awful judder or normal mode with good working motion flow? i chose better motion any timebrthat was one of the reasons i swapped my c9 for panasonic those days but now i want to buy new tv i brought my nintendo switch to a store and tested it on the G1 and sony 30fps games look terrible motion flow on did not have any effect funny thing is i was testing the same game on old LG E6 with motion flow on and it looked very smooth on there i do not understand why the newer models are this bad

This is an LG design flaw and they are not telling people about it In order for trumotion to work you literally have to turn off hdmi trucolor which defeats the purpose of having hdr brbrLG oled is just simply garbage I am owner of LG C9 Cannot sell this garbage fast enough

and i totally undertand you want try play with truemotion, the probleme with lg s tv its input lag (and truemotion is one of the worst dejudder for cinema too but its another problem) br brsamsung tv s can play dejudder with an excellent input lag, lg and all others tv s cant brso when you solve your probleme try change your setup for find what is the best picture mod beacause some have got more input lag than other (isf mods have a good input lag if i rermember bryou can chek on rtings, there is all these spec with input lag for alll the picture mods

sorry for english, but try change the "etiquette" (dont have the exact name in english) in the tv s menubryou must have just typed "hdmi 1" (or hdmi 2 or 3 etc) not typed "ps5"brso you must just link your ps5 and dont change anything in the menubrwhen you make an eticket for pc, ps5 etc that desactive truemotion, your tv comportment is like just a panel

Same issue here I am very disappointed with LG If you turn off Truemotion, the image at 30 fps will be very slow, it is too bad to play It's really bad to play in 4K, even though RGB full, 4: 2: 2 or 4: 2: 0 The image is dragged, black colour is very bad It seems to be in 15 fps mode I hope Sony and LG will quickly reach an agreement and launch an update/firmware For now, I just feel sorry for not taking a Samsung QLED Did you get any settings that helped you? Yo TruMotion is NOT a setting you want to use for games at all Turn it off Switch you TV to game mode

I've noticed the ps5 has a serious issue with motion in any input that's not game mode while In 4k resolution or automatic either manually switch the resolution to 1080p or put it in game mode

??? 1st off your setting for gaming is not right what are you looking for ? If tour not in game mode don't expect the console to work properly avs forums or HDTV YouTube channel will help you, this is going to burn your oled good luck ps I have the same tv and it works great with the right setting ps5 and my 3090
