I tried this out for the first time I didn't have any problems with the speed of 120bpm, however I had a massive problem trying to determine how many plucks I was doing per beat If I do it with the beat of the metronome, I have no problem staying on beat, but when I try to do more than one pluck per beat I can't tell how many I'm doing and I can't line it up to do 2brMaybe I should start at a slower tempo and just practice doing two plucks per beat to start with

Love your lessons, have been doing it the stretching exercises and they really help

This is great- right hand picking practice is super important to build skill I think learning Slayer songs helps as you do a lot of fast picking and after practicing my right hand is tired!

Correct about the water idea, I have very bad & painful arthritis in all my joints, the water helps With 2 cups of coffee ;-)

good stuff i've followed your advice from some of your other videos and they have helped me progress and improve by leaps and bounds i was self taught by ear (and i only played at bare basic level), but had to hang up my guitar for about 4 years started back playing and make music about 3 months ago and decided that i want to really learn my craft and steve's vids have been a god send for me
