I found this very helpful I never realized Exercise is a privilege, it's funny you don't miss something until you can't do it I find getting sore makes me not want to go back I read that amino acids help repair faster but I don't know what to eat I also can't keep my blood sugar leveled I'm not diabetic but I find my sugar drops every time I try to go in a calorie deficit Comment from : @amberallen4181 |

Hey girl, 2 weeks ago I finally got up and got a gym membership and I’ve been going 5 days a week Im still pretty new snd still trying to build the courage to go to the weights / weight training I literally just speed walk on the treadmill for 1 hr minimum 30 min Is that effective for weight loss?? I've had a strange intro to weight loss! I had a severe herniated disc and it got so bad and so incredibly painful that I stopped eating and considered suicide I was in nursing school at the same time! I ended up getting emergency surgery when my disc completely blew and my leg was literally dragging behind me! At this point I had lost 20 lbs Once I started feeling better I started carb cycling and working into exercise that doesn't hurt my back I'm down 40 lbs now and just graduated nursing school last month!
