I found this very helpful I never realized Exercise is a privilege, it's funny you don't miss something until you can't do it I find getting sore makes me not want to go back I read that amino acids help repair faster but I don't know what to eat I also can't keep my blood sugar leveled I'm not diabetic but I find my sugar drops every time I try to go in a calorie deficit

Ugh I hate spin class so much 😂 I did it one time and that was enough for me I was so hurt I had to have my husband look and see if I was bruised and sure enough bruised all the way from the front to the back 😂 that was it for me and spin But I’m glad you found something that makes you excited like that! I’m still looking for that “thing” for me

You’re my inspiration I just started walking a mile,- mile and a half I don’t have a ton to lose but after menopause, depression and hypothyroidism, I don’t recognize my body any more I’ve been walking every day with my dog I haven’t stepped on the scale yet as I’m afraid of what the scale will say It’s been a little over a week now so we’ll see! 🤞

Hey girl, 2 weeks ago I finally got up and got a gym membership and I’ve been going 5 days a week Im still pretty new snd still trying to build the courage to go to the weights / weight training I literally just speed walk on the treadmill for 1 hr minimum 30 min Is that effective for weight loss?? I don’t want to do a workout that isn’t helping me I keep seeing stuff about how weight training Is better bofe fat loss but Im sooo scared to get on the matachines

I'm 5'7' also! Can I ask what your calories and macros were/are? I'm eating healthy and working out 3 days a week but I'm not losing weight! I llloooovvvveeee bootcamp classes! None of the gyms here have spin classes unfortunately

I've had a strange intro to weight loss! I had a severe herniated disc and it got so bad and so incredibly painful that I stopped eating and considered suicide I was in nursing school at the same time! I ended up getting emergency surgery when my disc completely blew and my leg was literally dragging behind me! At this point I had lost 20 lbs Once I started feeling better I started carb cycling and working into exercise that doesn't hurt my back I'm down 40 lbs now and just graduated nursing school last month! I have 45 more pounds to go! I can do it!!!

I'm craving to start my exercises again, but I got covid I'm in quarantine and I'm really having breathing problems, so the doctor told me to not try any exercise, but I can not stop thinking about how much wheight I might be gaining, or how much I'm not losing because I'm not doing any exercise these weeks, but I still have one more week of quarantine and I don't know when I will fell better to do some exercise, it is letting me really anxious
