Good morning mr Ricard ! Greetings from Managua Nicaragua When the manager or hire boss laid of agents to a callcenter that means they are apllicants because they are umployed and not in any callcenter , when applicants look a job to another callcenter the problem is that when the recruiters or Operation manager ask applicants " why you leave your previous job ? Many times they failed that questions looking the best way to respond that answer in my point of view I won't say I was fired or terminated or give feedback or things about what I passed through with my former Operation manager , supervisor and co-wokers that we did not get along with , the salary is too small , the hiring bonus is too small , the environment is toxic Comment from : Helton roy Zamora sambola
