I took the cord from the overflow tank and thought maybe that was the problem It accidently detached from the fill valve, spraying water all over the me and the bathroom and now the noise is gone🤣, maybe it was just built up pressure? Lmao

I replaced the flush valve stopper and that didn't fix the issue brI have two issues now,br1The flush valve stopper I bough now does not stay up when I flush It instead goes directly down and not I have to hold the handle in order to get a proper flush br2There is still a periodic noise coming from my toilet

Fixed it myself with your guidance All it needed was a slight adjustment on the fill valve to slightly lower the water level using a screw driver and a turn to the left The drain pipe is quite low and therefore it needed to be adjusted accordingly
