I opened my cistern today by unscrewing the flush button, but what I saw horrified me There's some sort of growth on the seals or bolts on the sides, and I just ran out of there screaming like a little girl I hate to admit that I'm also a built 40-year old male 😭

I changed new seal, still leaking, I am wondering the rubber seal of the bottom part inside the pan because when I got it out to change the seal of flush unit It is loose How I can change to rubber seal and tighten up?
