The one recommendation that I’d disagree with is the one for eating whole foods I find that the volume of food you need to eat and the amount of fibre causes a massively extended or upset stomach, and it’s difficult to eat on the go My own experience is that gels or even just carb mix in water works better for the majority of your energy in ultra endurance events, with eating whole foods only for variety and mental reward, but sparingly Comment from : X X |
