I Can do 15 pull ups to chest straight, 10 pull ups with 10kg, I can also do the hanging l sit hold for 28 second; however the seated pull up is really hard I can only pull to my lower chest/upper ab region What should I do to pull even lower, especially to the belly button area?

This missing link in this tutorial is the core strenght It's very hard for people to be able to perform L sit with no prior training You won't be able to focus on your pull up technique if you don't master your core

I did pullups yesterday after a long time and realized how easily I could pull up until the bar touched my hip 😂brI did the seated L sit pullups a lot, some scapula pullups and pullup holds on top and very slow pullups with slow negatives too
