Hey there I have been this gpu and the issue that I face is speed is not constant it’s fluctuations are more it’s like going around 70 Mh/s I have no idea what to do

Great video! I'm getting 124 mh/s at 307 watts and the vram is 98C I think the trick is in T-rex you can set the fans to adjust to desired Vram temp I set it to 98 and it's keeping the card vram temp at 98 exactly

This is not so usable, this is not how we have our cards, IF you ar lucky to have a 3090 its in your main rig, it mines when you not using it, you card is doin alot better than most, no case and 100 fan, not usable at home! This is so poor

My 3090 is running 120mhs and fan at 71, not going especially high in temp only 56 degrees celcius I have a GIGABYTE geforce rtx 3090 Current settings core -300 memory clock 2250 power limit 330 watts

This makes me glad i invested in 3070's instead of 3090's I have 5 3070's running at 62MH/s with 120-125W powerdraw Cost about $4000 which may sound expensive but considering a single 3090 cost approx $2800 here in Sweden and they draw more power and have way hotter memory temps i am happy i made that decision

In Windows you can bump up your hash rate a little if you enable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling

@redfox Thanks for this vid, i didn't know you could lock the core clock speed with other mining software I've just used lolminer for etherium!brThe other thing that i'm finding troubling is the vram running just shy of 100c? That's not good right? apart from changing the thermal pads is there other suggestions on how to bring the temps down? What is a heathly vram temp to mine a 3090 and 3080 at without doing long term harm?

I have a 3090 FE with upgraded thermal pads and new thermal pastebeen mining at 117 MH/s at 90c vram temps and fans at 62with 77 F ambient temps 286 watts, dont know what my riser is pulling in watts so got to add thosenext card wont be an FEthis thing is a volcano from the factory lol and forgot to tell the card is not in any case

Don't buy lesser cards just go with 1-2 3090s they willlast you the next 5 years of mining because difficulty will kill off those low memory cards

Great video I got a few 3090s evga ftw 3 memory hits 109 Celsius at full memory over clock I'm at 1100 core 0 memory Keeps my memory at 90-94 Celsius Still pretty high for my liking FYI everyone two rtx 3070s will get you more hashes and reduced WATTS with no memory over heat

I have 10x 3090, 2x 3080, 10x 3070, the 3090’s are my favorite cards because later I can use them for flight sims, video editing work stations, etc 4 of them are FTW3 Ultras, 2 ASUS Strix, 4 Founders Editions Amazing performance for gaming too! Already hit ROI too! Great video @RedFoxCrypto!

You are running the memory temps way too high The max for DDR6x is 95c and I avoid going over 92c For this EVGA 3090 FTW3 I run 1030 locked core, 73 power, 1200 mem, and 80 fan I get 114Mh/s with a memory junction temp of 86c-88c My core temp is 48c and my power is 283w Your mileage may vary but this is a $2000 investment so you are better off throttling it back for cool running and efficiency Similarly, the 3080 FTW3 is a little tougher I run 1060 core, 1200 mem, 67 power, 80 fan I get 100Mh/s but one of my 3080 FTW3s is persnickety and run 90c-92c but the other one stays at 88c on memory junction temps and 46c core temp at 222w If you can't keep your MJ temp under 94c you need to replace the thermal pads on the 3080 and I would advise replacing them on the 3090 if MJ temps can't stay under 93c since memory is on both sides of the circuit board I have a Gigabyte 3090 AIO cooler that came from a gaming box and I get 121Mh/s with 86c memory junction temps but requires 300w of power to run because of the pump at 80 I could not achieve this without replacing the thermal pads with Gelid Ultimate 15W/mK pads Expensive, yes, but you are protecting a $2500 investment

I have a 3090FE and replaced the rear thermal pads I can only get 1013 MH/s @ 263w and mem temp of 96C This is with mem at -502 If I go higher temps go over 100C and I'm just not willing to cook them that high Might replace the GPU side pads to see if there is more improvement
