I have to be honest Riche had the deck stacked in her favor with just the mention of “lamb chops” I LOVE lamb BUT it’s not the easiest meat to prepare properly, so there is some risk there Those concerns were erased as soon as my fork touched these chops! Super tender and juicy And although taste is way more important to me than presentation, both were on point here! Gorgeous pieces of meat (Can meat be gorgeous???) Anyway, I’m sure you’re asking, “Neighbor Mike, how did they taste???” Scrumptious I commented to Riche that her quick brine and subsequent marinade made all the difference The flavor permeated her chops and you tasted her hard work in every bite I also loved the balsamic red wine reduction sauce But to be honest, with or without, you can’t go wrong with these chops I did both :) Needless to say, the length of this review is proof that this was one of my favorite dishes to date Nom Nom Comment from : Michael Logan |
