I remember when Alienware used to be awesome My son's charger for for his Alienware laptop broke 2 months in, from very light use They told me it could ONLY be from misuse (it wasn't) and wanted to charge me $149 for a charger for a laptop that was still within warranty The $19 aftermarket charger by the way, lasted longer than the laptop itself, which was just a few years before the wobbly hinge finally gave out from just opening and closing it Dell will NEVER get my business, they are horrid!

"Build it yourself" people, I would rather spend $1,500-$2,000 on a good prebuilt PC than spend time putting together a somewhat better (or much better) PC for half the price Why? Because I don't want to build one myself, I have no interest in it and really only care that it plays the games I want to play effectively I could also redo my driveway for a lot less than a contractor but I don't care to because I don't want to spend my time doing that and it is easier for me to just pay someone to do it for me Fully aware that some/a lot of these pre-built PCs are not great for the price but that's what reviews are for Don't give a crap about it not being able to be upgraded If a new game comes along that I want to play and my PC can't handle it, I will buy a new one Thanks for coming to my Tedtalk
