One guy used a turkey baster instead of an air compressor I have a baster so I'll try that If that won't work it goes in the garbage and I go back to drip coffee through a cone and paper filter on top of a coffee cup Comment from : Agent 99 |

I've tried everything to fix my Keurig and am hoping you can help! I have a K145 Office Pro that has a drainage feature Last year I drained the machine to put into storage, when I brought it back out I found that it won't pull water from the tank to the heating chamber at all, it makes a loud humming noise but the water isn't moving The needles are clear, the float and valve in the reservoir are functioning normally but I can't figure out why the machine won't draw water, any ideas?? The problem with most keurigs is the coffee grounds go up the needle and fill the hose the water comes out all u have to do is take two screws out pull the hose off the needle and run it once with hose off and all grounds will come out and it will work like new Comment from : Kris Fillio |

Just used a compressed gas duster in a can to blow out the lines!!! put a nick in a piece of pipe tape with a scissor and put the straw through and secured it to the kuerig and sprayed After 2-3 puffs out came water! I know this is an older video, but you can also run super hot water through the machine and cover the silicone vent at the top of the tank and force all the water and air pressure out through the needle Just a suggestion before firing up the compressor Comment from : Vinnie Pritchett |

Thank you for your wonderful idea to use compressed air I was about to take my Cuisinart Keurig coffee make apart when I saw your suggestion to use compressed air to blow out the obstructing coffee It worked like a charm On some models you may need to put your finger over the overflow but I didn't need to do that Comment from : Bill Angell |

The compressed air suggestion is brilliant I did not have an air compressor Instead, I used a can of compressed gas cleaner I had to use a piece of cloth to seal the opening on the Keurig because the compressed gas nozzle (plastic straw) was too thin It worked amazingly well Just as the video shows Comment from : Simon Groner |

Mine was not getting enough water kept trying to pump water and was not and it also said prime I cleaned it with white vinegar and still nothing I found out it was a filter screen in the bottom of my reservoir that was plugged In the bottom of the reservoir you have a round thing in the bottom that has 3 screws in it Remove the 3 screw and scrub it be carefull of the O ring after cleaning put back in and works great Comment from : dave dawson |

I have an old Keurig It would not pump any water so the primer fix seemed like a good start I do not have a air compressor so I got a straw and put it in the initial water valve I wrapped a sandwich bag around the base of the straw to help keep it a little air tight After some blowing I started to get water out I plugged it up and it sounded like it was trying to take the water in I blew a few more minutes and now my kiddos are heating up water with it for oatmeal! I have two Keurigs One of them I used in my office but when I retired I let it set in my garage for a couple of years and now it just says "prime" I tried your solution of blowing out with my air compressor but it still won't draw water The reason I got it out was because my other one will only brew a half to two thirds cup of coffee I've used the paper clip and the air compressor on it but to no avail Do you have any other suggestions?
