I like your approach to RM I think its fun to push what rpgmaker can actually do genre wise Sure you can make racing games and sword fighting action games in "better" engines but its just more fun in RM

I like RPG Maker as a way to create art for lack of a better way to put it I am a reasonably capable coder and sometimes do other things in other engines, but when I just want to relax I put on some lofi and I do parallax mapping, or write a little adventure and place it in a town I build up from RTP tiles It is a bit like an adult coloring book Some of those little sessions have become game jam games and in two cases fairly complex projects I thin RPG Maker is unique in how pleasant it is to just play around with
