Actually incorrect, I’ve seen a video about this that showed up a while back and I’m sure people will react to this, but body weight training what I’ve been doing yeah maybe it’ll take longer to get your dream physique Although it can take longer, you can still progressively overload by changing the body weight expertises you do, like for example doing diamond push ups, archer push ups, etc and you can still decide to add weight to that, same with weighted pull ups, muscle ups, so many varieties than just doing normal sets of push and pull ups Also doing them slower, or more sets, faster explosions, differential exercises to making them harder are all ways to reach a progressive overload, it’ll just take time and consistency just as weights Comment from : Sage 4 |

This is actually a really tough workout, I recommend halving what Chris does and start with 10 reps of each exercise Once you can do all 5 sets of 10, do 11 reps of each exercise, and keep building towards 20 Start at 5 if 10 is still too many, don’t be disheartened by how easy he makes this look, Chris is a damn super hero!
