Most kids don't know supersets vs compound sets I see and experience it a lot A superset is back-to-back sets working OPPOSING muscle groups For example: a set of bi's immediately followed by a set of tri's A compound set is "compounding" the stress on one muscle group In other words, doing back-to-back sets working the SAME muscle group He is actually DOING a superset, doing chest (push) followed immediately by back (pull) He's PARTIALLY right, describing the commonality of supersets and compound sets as "2 exercises back to back, followed by rest" He's fun to watch, and I enjoy his experimenting Comment from : @wdilks |
