I did the one punch man workout for 1 and a half year when I was 11 Quitting was the worst mistake of my life If I kept going I’d be exponentially stronger than I am now, I was exponentially stronger when I was 11 So imagine I did 2 times what I had done I’d be a beast now

I also do abs workout i do 120 pushups in each set before and after and my best pushup streak is 30 pushups nonstop before my workout and after my workout and am happily to say that you get stronger as you progress and increase the amount of pushups by the end of this year i want to do 100 pushups non stop my tip is to add 5 more pushups each week

I’ve done 100 for a few days, but in sets of 10-30 Surprisingly soreness hasn’t been an issue so far, so going to keep increasing overall number and reps per set, or start adding weight To be fair I do a lot of bench pressing and OHP so that surely has helped

That's totally cap, if you do 100 pushups everyday your chest will not growth at all, will only get harder, with better muscular definition and with more strength, to growth you need to isolate the muscle or do series of 20 pushups with weight instead of 100, and this process takes years
