Minimalism helped me with my shopping addiction and for that I couldn’t be happier and grateful I don’t find myself just getting rid of things just to do it because I watched a bunch of YouTubers decluttering The videos were more motivation to not get back to that point of buying more than I could use or need I think anything done I’m excess can be toxic And while a lot of the minimalist show a lot of the same aesthetic, there are some that are doing it their way My understanding of it is just to not have an over abundance of things that you don’t use/love or need Comment from : Srey Phon-Thill |
