Can anyone share resources about causes of saddlebags or wide thighs? I looked a lot but it's very sparse and all those 3-4 articles say it's because if atrophy, no one mentioned about bone turning Also my saddlebag area(upper outer thigh) is more boney than fat, like it's totally bone There is no fat directly on it, I can feel the bone without any effort and it's reallly wide, like wider than the hips Can someone explain this? I can say that the training really works! during the week, my weight on my hips significantly decreased, while I refused sweet and flour (but Sometimes I could still afford sweets (⌒‐⌒)) I did this workout 1 time a day, and on some days I did home Pilates (for the most part it was stretching my legs)brbryou will succeed!
