This is the BEST workout I have done, nothing fast that takes a special degree to follow lol Speaking as someone who is disabled and finds it hard to keep up, the countdown for each exercise and showing the upcoming exercise is so much appreciated I see a difference in my legs and look forward to doing these exercises Thank you for this video and taking the time out to do it for us

doing this for 2 weeks!brremind me so i dont forget to update!💗br• 171cm (5’7 1/2)br• 60kg (132lbs)brbrgoal weight: 55kg (121lbs)br day 1: my legs were SHAKING at the end, at first i could barely walk Could really feel it on the outer thighs!brbrday 2: the hip area really hurt, no visible changes yet, but pretty motivated!💗brbrday 3: took a rest day!brbrday4: my birthday! didnt to it!🎉brbrday 5: at the leg circles, legs were shaking! no visible changes yet, maybe bc i took a break! but i will keep doing it, so i can look good in thight dresses!brbrday 6: i think im seeing really small changes? also really felt it on outer thighs!brbrbrday 7: did itbrbrday 8: one week complete! seeing some changess!! also i weight 58,6kg!! ( after eating )bri will keep going until im happy with my results!💞brbrbrday 9: did it!! im literally so happy that im starting to see visible changes and its motivating me sooo muchh!❤️
