doing this for 2 weeks!brremind me so i dont forget to update!💗br• 171cm (5’7 1/2)br• 60kg (132lbs)brbrgoal weight: 55kg (121lbs)br day 1: my legs were SHAKING at the end, at first i could barely walk Could really feel it on the outer thighs!brbrday 2: the hip area really hurt, no visible changes yet, but pretty motivated!💗brbrday 3: took a rest day!brbrday4: my birthday! didnt to it!🎉brbrday 5: at the leg circles, legs were shaking! no visible changes yet, maybe bc i took a break! but i will keep doing it, so i can look good in thight dresses!brbrday 6: i think im seeing really small changes? also really felt it on outer thighs!brbrbrday 7: did itbrbrday 8: one week complete! seeing some changess!! also i weight 58,6kg!!
