Y'all are wildin in the comments The words she says vs the examples she shows are what you should be paying attention to "These are all trendy items and will be out in a few years" What blue jeans? Tank tops? A basic dress? These items have been textbook staples since the frickin 70s Just because she's showing on trend examples of those items doesn't change what they are or how they work And when specific items do go wildly out of style? This is an absolutely great example for people who maybe live in a city without kids or any hobbies and so on But the majority of people would not be able to only have that few of items and be able to do all the tasks that they need to do on a daily basis For example, I live in a rural area, in the winter time, I need to constantly be picking up logs to put into a fireplace for warmth, I have 3 acres of grass to cut, I have a dog that spends most of his time outside and tends to be dirty and super affectionate So this type of wardrobe I would literally be out of clothes in 2 days And that's even if any of them is survived Would love to see a more real life wardrobe setup for people who can't live a posh lifestyle Comment from : @MrsBee-uo2lc

i cant tell you what exactly you should have in your wardrobe but some basics to start with is a hoodie, sweat pants, leggings, trust me oversized hoodie is optional but oversized jacket is a must so comfy not too oversized tho, a few shirts in colours that fit you but also make sure they are solid colours more fun clours and patterns to have in your basic side would not work well if your mood doesnt fit it, nice big coat and invest in some loose/baggy/fitted jeans whatever comes to your liking the most have some socks that are short, white and black colours for the more trendy side of your wardrobe take quizes and find out your aesthetic, your body shape and undertone make sure the items you buy you have worn them before they gone trending so you wont possibly get bored of it, even if it stops trending for example my favorite pieces i worn before they hit trending are fitted tight leggings for sports, biker shorts, and also yoga pants Also remember investing in clothes is the big part avoid fast fashion for example shien H&M etc avoid sales and avoid online shopping as much as you can invest in stuff that works for your personality and your comfort zone!
