Realize this is an old workout but since I was under the weather this is the first hard workout I have done 462 active calories and an average heart rate of 135bpm but I probably shouldn't have had 6 pound ankle weights on each leg as toward the end I wasn't jumping as you were I was beat, so just made it slightly lower impact but fantastic routine Thanks Comment from : @jblack1396 |
