I am so thankful for you posting this workout I just started my journey and I feel good about this I am a mom of one 164 pounds 5'2 now since I am In a Calorie deficit I had a problem bingeing & I'm sure I was eating atheist 2 ,000 calories of junk a day This workout makes me feel good and is easy do enjoy I can only get through 29 mins but I feel it so good Again from a mom struggling with her weight , I thank you! First time done this and Im 66yrs old, never done this kind of exercise before although I do walk 10000 steps most days Im also probably stone and half overweight Sorry I couldn't do it all in go, I did have to rest for 2hours inbetween A lot of the activities I probably didn't reach the same level as you but I AM PROUD of myself OH now Ive just seen the 1 mile walk for beginners I maybe should have tried that first! just finished this workout!!!! and let me say it was not easy at moments, i am so proud of myself staying the course even when i went back an extra twenty seconds to catch my breath i almost quit 2/3's through but decided to persevere, but i feel great and on fire lol i had so much fun doing this and i'll comment updates on my journey! about a month ago I tried this workout (my first from growwithjo) because I saw a shorts about it Needless to say, coming from my sedentary state I could barely finish the first 15 minutes I gave myself time to do the easier workouts in Jo's beginner and intermediate playlist and now I tried this one again and I was able to finish it this time! Starting this workout for body goals!brDay 1: started this workout and low-key thought i would dread it but i feel better than ever dont let 53 min fool you✅brDay 2: did this a little late but got it done ✅brDay 3: busy ❎ I'll make it up tomorrowbrDay 4: done✅brDay 5: didn't eat the best today and feeling kinda drained lost a pound but gained it back 😢❎ fresh start tomorrowbrDay 6: woke up slightly slimmer and did my workout(even on Thanksgiving)✅ brDay 7: hard due to my headache but did most of it stopped 5 min early✅ brWEEK 1 RESULTS: my stomach got a bit flatter and I lost a pound or two but the biggest change was how active I got I started a cal deficit, drunk more water, moved more, and ate a bit healthier and I'm not gonna rush results because that sets me up for failure!!!
