That’s not 1000 calories in 45 min, more like 500, you can check these things online to be very precise I run uphill with 35 pound weights in each hand which equals 70 pounds I do this for 30 minutes and that is 800 -1000 cal, and that’s way more intense than what you’re doing so please provide accurate information Most of the channels here are doing exactly what you do and they are being truthful by putting 500 cal Per 45 min mash up!! it’s best not to lie just to get views it could really mess someone up if they think they’re burning 1000 cal when it’s merely probably close to four or 500 which still is not bad but you need to be accurate woman!
