It is amazing what steady state cardio can do 4 months, over 2 stone and only 2 of body fat I aplaude your effort but you need to keep going, I mean, you didn't change your body composition at all What worked for me was 45-60 minutes of low intensity cardio upon waking up, Mon Tues and Thurs of weight training, and Wes Fri and Sat a 25-30 minutes session HIIT cardio (I used to pick randomly a video or two from the insanity kind of training, there's plenty of it on YouTube) You'll see the improvement in a month I guarantee Comment from : Eduardo Valdes |

You should start lifting instead of doing this pointless cardio stuff man Lower risk of injury (especially knee), burn more calories than with this routine (including the additional caloric burn from the muscles you build in the process) and in the end you're going to look and feel way better (doing nothing but cardio will lead to you being skinny fat) The list goes on and on Only cardio is probably even worse than not working out at all Comment from : Levi M |
