I know its hard, but weight loss is mostly diet Exercise can help you create a caloric deficit, but eating 300 less calories a day is often (not always) easier than exercising that much morebrbrI hear yea though, I face those sort of set backs The more weight I lose, the more cravings I get, and its hard to always be fighting them I changed my mindset and I'm not focused on the scale at all anymore and it helps 6'0 and around 212 and been losing 1 lb every 1-2 weeks now which is finebrbrbrIntermittent fasting can help I found by just restricting my eating window I eat far less in a day, though it can be hard if your schedule doesn't accommodate it A lot of eating habits are just that Habits You're so used to eating certain foods or eating certain times that your body just expects it I try to go on IF during weekdays and I'm far more relaxed on the weekends Recently I've fallen off the bandwagon a bit, but I'm hopin back onbrbrbrAlso look at your thumbnail (since you dont show your foot when you run), how do you land?
