I have both of them,but I prefer you to choose 2000 because it is better for all aspects except it's LCD screenWhy I said that?? UghI really feel conflicted If the new and old Vita are both supposedly $200, is it worth waiting a few months for a system with an increased battery life and a Micro USB port, but a lesser screen?
