After going from 30 to 450 diamond pushups in 10 months, I realized I had to make a change So I intuitively started spending 10 seconds per pushup It felt much better and was in the end less time consuming, because every day 45min - 1 hour for a single set of pushups (450) was a bit too stressful for me
