Honestly I admire the effort put into this video, but I want to mention that the range at 2:04 puts a lot of stress on the shoulders I've gotten surgery on my right shoulder, seen PT, done my research I would discourage to do push ups this deep Yes you get a good stretch and it doesn't hurt for most people, but it's bad for the shoulder capsules on a long term Better to seek an alternative exercise, do pyramids, get your form right and think about time under tension Comment from : RingsOfNeptune |
