i tried this and it hurt so much I felt like I was being electrocuted they said I am not the only one that cries throughout the entire session what was worse, half my face drooped and went numb and my speech began the slur after a intense treatment and it took a long time to bounce back be careful they need more research on this

Mental Health Matters people! Don't be afraid to tell someone, don't suffer in silence I've been doing Neurofeedback Therapy for about 5 weeks now and I've already noticed a difference It's wonderful technology and the stats show it does work I hope in the near future it becomes more affordable so anyone who wants or needs it will have access 💜💙

Covid doesn't cause my depression The slowness of Justice for Fascists, crooks, traitors, and violent white supremacists causes my depression Also I don't think ALOT of suicide is "mental" disease but rather severe EMOTIONAL malaise due to realities in their world Why do they not talk about this?
