Omg bar holding your knee to the chest at the end I couldn't do any of the positions in this video I can't sit cross legged (it hurts) I need a beginners video to release psoas and I am afraid this is way to advanced I really want to do and like yoga but it is videos like this and no videos for people like me that make me get soooo frustrated I need to start at a much easier level than this

For those that need to feel balanced on both sides of the body, replace the bent-over split transition that Adriene uses mid-way through practice to go from right to left side, with a downward dog > 3 legged dog with the left leg lifted > left leg-forward lunge transition instead!

My joy brought me here! I was giggling inside the entire time It reminded me of my first day at school when I was four I enjoyed the dancing most Turns out, my body wanted to show me her favorite poses!
