Great fun, again I did this twice through, and to challenge myself further, I started each variation before you did so I could get in extra reps ;) brbrTaking inspiration from you, I'm now setting myself weekly rep challenges This week's was 1000 non-stop split-squats (switching front leg every 100 reps), so I'm glad this one wasn't purely focused on legs, because my quads are decidedly sore today lol But, no pain, no gain, right?brbrThanks again :)
