I think Terrence disappeared as a result of negative relations between the crew he was working with and himbrIt only takes one(or very many) comment/s amongst a group of people to put someone off brI think he disappeared because regardless of how hard he was trying to be part of the group there was something or someone that was undermining his confidence brWas there one person, or a few, amongst that crew with which Terrence did not get along??? brI think he was a very easy going young man(extremely sensitive though) who let a group of people get so down on him that he leftbrIn fact I think some how, even though his br" friends" said they were all having the time of their lives doing this job,etc, etc, that he started feeling like he was the butt of some kind of terrible joke or stupid treatment that he couldn't handle because it wasn't part of his characterbrIf he was amongst a group of people that made him feel embarrassed or less than, he took it personally and freaked out and leftbrPeople are SENSITIVE!! brWe can't handle being treated as an outsider by people in general let alone people with which we are supposed to workbrI think he was made to be a butt of some joke that made him feel bad!!
