So, I have a Question, how is 2600 Calories daily not increasing your stomach fat? 🤔 like obviously your burning 🔥 calories by running 🏃‍♀️ 5 miles a day on the treadmill but every mile is only like 100 calories burned? So that would leave you with 2100 which your body would naturally use but I'm surprised you lost weight off that I'm assuming it's because you have alot of Muscle
