3 thingsbr1 pushups is a great exercise for overall fitness but is most effective for beginners which may be a reason why beginners make some progressbr2 doing 10 sets of 10 isnt going to give you hypertrophic stimulus overall if you dont do sets until failure within those setsbr3 your body has to recover so doing pushups everyday is not ideal Comment from : @antoinepham |

I started by my uncle he told me to do 10 push ups a day for 4 months while he was in jail I started my journey and when 10 push’s up felt easier I started doing 20-40 push ups a day and when he got out I did 100 push ups infront of him he was so proud cause I was kinda out of shape I’m 14 and doing 100 push ups 2 days in a week Comment from : @mattpk9843 |

I started 3 weeks ago, I was motivated by a guy that does 400 a day at my new job I ask him, I see you doing push ups all the time how many do you do? i love this idea and definitely great for these two guys in terms of discipline and getting more fit, but what they shouldve done is planned it out better good form shouldve been taught and practiced from the start good form pushups lessen your chance of injury (logan got injured from bad form), are wayyyy tougher to do and ultimately get you more progress in strength Comment from : @indianscammer7846 |
