This recipe was soo good!br I made this today and i put sea salt for the recipe let it rest for 3 hours in the fridgebrsince it didn't tell me what to do with the wine sauce i let it simmer on the stove for 3 -4 mins on each side of the lamb brit was really really good i will make this again

Depending on how thick your chops are, the cooking time would be a little different But if you prefer pork chops, go for it! It will still be delicious You could definitely use chicken as well It pairs really well with all these flavors
