It wasnt the best exp for me just too many excercise with few sec timer would appreciate if she gave atleast 1 minute timer for each excercise and lessen the excercise steps instead didnt lose thigh fat in a month maybe my fat just stubborn I felt losing fat on my abs area tho which is fine

I doing this along with Emi's in bed ab workout for as long as I can! wish me luckbrday 1 (feb 24): the swimmer legs and plank had me shaking like crazy and I had to do a low impact version of the plank cause I just physically couldn't do it definitely felt the burn, it was super satisfying!brday 2: oof it burned but got through it and it felt amazing! also did 100 jumping jacksbrday 3: I was a little sloppy today but I finished it! maybe it was just that I might not have done everything perfect, but it felt a little easier today I took a break and just walked away for like ten minutes in the middle so It might be placebo but I think im starting to see a tiny bit of a difference on my sadle bags Also took around 6000 steps today (I usually take around 2000) and around 100 jumping jacks throughout the daybrday 4: done plus 100 give or take jumping jacks
