I respect you keeping in real A lot of people aren’t going to like hearing this, truth is we all gotta do it whichever way works for us Losing weight is better than not losing weight period I lost 50 pounds in a extreme way and it’s been off for almost two years effortlessly I don’t regret a thing and it was life changing

So 1410 calories and 282 g of protein I do eat around 1450 cal as I'm at the end phase of my cut but that's waaaay too much protein 16g-2g per KG yeah but not per POUND per Pound 07-1g could be enough Also those steps 💀

Professionals have already debunked the 2 grams per body fat , thats if you do a crazy amount of excercise and body building 2 gram per body weight would be EXCESSIVE for a woman 1 gram is enough for someone very athletic between 06-1 gram is ideal
