I will do this workout 4 times in a week and I will update here and im gonna repeat each set for 3 times brCurrently left leg: 57 cm, right leg: 57 cm here we gooo!! You can't get slimmer legs by doing squats lmao Squats do the complete opposite My legs have literally become thicker because of muscle gains And you can't lose fat by doing simple bodyweight exercises wtf
