Explain to us why most work related issues come from women vs women or women vs men? Would you agree women are prime with manipulation Men don't manipulate, they demand and direct order or purpose Just look at how men and women bosses make people do things Male boss tell you "go do that, it's due in two days" Women boss tells you "I understand how you feel I want to make you feel you can do it" All manipulation tactics

My problem is being yelled at Especially in public or the workplace when I have less power So I just have to not be attached to the outcome and communicate my feelings It usually works I like to consider ethics and the legal system while I make sure to get things in writing I make sure to research my rights and use resource people for psychological support Regardless of the outcome I feel better

I like your videos however the audio with the echo is not exactly the easiest thing to keep listening tothis comment is absolutely not negative I promise Maybe a better mic or a better acoustics in the room would have less echo As simply as filling the room with more "stuff", hanging a pretty blanket behind you or a clip-on mic would make it seem more professional and more clear Again this is not intended to insult or be negative, because you are great!!
