Now I'm having this issues, I tried updating from the system, nothing, i tried your way so far, nothing, it keep popping as a internet explorer downloads and not the files at all, not sure how to fix this, I know its been s year or so, any help would be grateful the link you have is much different now and leads me completely new

What if mine continually is asking for the usb reboot/reinstall literally now EVERYTIME the ps4 shuts off? Is this the safe mode death loop issue?? Super frustrating every time the ps4 shuts off I need to spend 45min reinstalling Going through all first time set up steps Logging in Redownloading everything And hopefully it goes successful because when it doesn’t I have to rinse repeat 😭

bNo matter if you did everything correctly so many times, watched so many videos, only suggestion is get another HHD I was up for hours on 3 of my nephews PS4 and they all needed HDD If your still in a loop GET ANOTHER HHD!/b

If you don't have a flashdrive, you can format a hardrive to ExFat and complete the steps from there, and thanks for the vid Zadius XD
